Offset of information bubble on click or hover

Hi everybody, it's me again

Paths in Zhgooglemap can show information on click.
Is this possible on hover and also is this possible to add a offset to show the info windows with paths (as for markers) ?

The goal is to get a map with polygons and when the mouse is rolling over the different paths the information is shown in a corner. To get something working, it should have also a second listener for the click to lead to a specific url.
At the end you have :
Listener 1 - Hover : show the description in a corner defined by the offset of the info windows for the path
Listener 2 - Click : lead to a specific url on click.

Hi. Yes. I did release with hover fill color.
As for offset of infowin - I'll think of it. Probably I'll add feature to show infowin content in left/right of map popup section.
