Tooltip on hover on marker or on polygon

I have a question for you : is this possible to get this on ZHGM ? : www.medelbou.com/demos/google-maps-tooltip/
(hover on a marker).

If yes, can you tell me how to do this ?

If i modify you code, i will loose this in the next release, so before to do anything, i prefer to ask

Hi.

You can do hover text.
In placemark details enter some text into "Hover HTML text" field (placemark details tab).
After that enable feature in map details "Show placemark hover text" (placemarks tab in map details). If you set infobubble - than you can modify it's style by "InfoBubble Style" (drop down list with yours style - it can be created in component - after Map Types objects
