Custom link on click

Hi Dima,
We discuss about the polygons in another post and to keep the forum clear, i create a new question here

On a polygon (paths), you can show title and/or description on hover or click.
How could i have a "direct" click to a specific link (content or url) without opening the info bubble of the path ?
I explain to you : in my description, i put link to a content. To go to the content, a person have first to click on the path and after that click a second time on the link shown.

[EDIT] : i forgot ! To get this really functionnal, it should work with a "hover" action like "show title only", in a tooltip for example. Otherwise, people can't really know on "what they click".
Is this possible ?

In the other words you want:
- to have hover for path (like for markers joomla.zhuk.cc/index.php/zhgooglemap-mai...p-with-hovering-text )
- to have action by click to open URL (like it can be done for placemarks)
