Filtering placemarks in placemark list

hello,

I am currently trying to implement a placemark list for a map I built for a client. Their placemarks represent jobs, and these jobs will go through three status changes: available, in progress, and closed.

I am lookin for a way to only have available jobs listed in the placemark list. Is this possible to filter only specific pins by category or group? I cant sort by ID as that would be too time consuming for my client.

I want to generate a placemark list only displaying the green pins.

Today on your page pin description it is simple text. Enable management placemark by group list.
In this case you can show/hide placemarks by clicking on group.
And if you set in group management to synchronize with placemark list, then if you enable placemark list, then it will contains only active placemarks.

If I'll enable placemark list on the first map and set on group management to synchronize, I would get what you want (I think)
