Yes, thats it. If I deactivate the dynamically loading the order of the placemarklist is like I expectet. Activate the settings will deactivate the ordering-settings.
That's weird. How can I fix that? Any workarounds?

As I wrote - activation ajax loading map object can change placemark ordering in placemark list.
Just use ajax loading only its content.
Ie set
Loading content data dynamically = Yes
Loading map objects dynamically = No
In future, not nearest, I'll do resorting for ajax loading map objects
