would marker description embed youtube plugin codes?

I have been playing around with one other extension of similar functionality but that app does not seem to support allvideo plugin in their marker description. it simply just places my codes for presentation instead of showing the embedded youtube video. interestingly the preview tab in the jce editor does show me the video.

I wonder if your extension will allow me to write plugin from another extension that supposedly will support embedded videos in article contents.

Sorry, I didn't clear understand you.
If you want to enter youtube video - yes, just copy it's HTML into Addition HTML field of placemark.
if you want embed your article into placemark content - yes, in placemark details you should
- on appearance tab set "InfoWin Content" to Article
- on integration tab select your article
- you can also apply style name by field "iframe tag Article CSS"

in other word, would your extension accept plugin syntax from other third party extensions that normally place embedded video in article instead of treating that syntax as just normal texts?

In next release (in a few days), I'll add ability to process third party content plugins in placemark content (like it is in Custom HTML module in Options, there is "Prepare Content"). For placemark will be item, by enabling it you'll get content plugins process.
