Same map different views

OK. Now I understand.
You can't dinamically change map properties (enable placemark list).
So you can do:
Create the other map, define its properties as you want.
Aftre that you can easy show your placemarks on new map. For example, if your placemarks assigned to groups or categories
- in case menu item - fill group list field (or category list) by this values
- in case of plugin call - use group list call or category list call
I didn't suggest you to use placemark list, because if you create new one you will need to add it into call, ie you need to change item on new insert.
But if you create new placemark and assign your group (or category), it will automatically appeared.
