Map Scroll not working

Dear friend

My maps are not scrolling in mobile devices (I use two fingers) and also the message "use two fingers to scroll" is missing.
My maps are not scrolling in windows browser, though the mouse pointer is turned to "hand" and also the message "use ctrl + mouse to scroll" is missing.

Any ideas?

I also noticed that in a computer browser, if I use ctrl+mouse wheel, the whole webpage zooms in and out, not just the map (as it should)

Open map details, go to map controls.
There is list item "Gesture Handling"
Change what you want.
