Maps not displaying

I've just installed the plugin, i've created a simple map, and in the creation process i can't see any map after writing the required fields. I thought it could be the way it works and i went on. i saved the map, i created a placemark and associated to the map.
then i created a module with that map and i associated it to a joomla page.
but i can't see the map, i can only see the section where it is located with a permanent load symbol, as in the attached image.
I'm using grantry 5 framework

Check browser console for errors.
Load symbol means map is not finished to initialized due to some code error.
