Placemark Viewing Access Control

I would like to restrict the viewing access to a specific group of placemarks.

You provide a viewing access selector field at the bottom of the Appearance Properties tab of the Placemark builder. Although I select "Registered" only for viewing access, the Public is still allowed to view the placemark on the map and select its associated information pop-up bubble. The Access control selector does not appear to be functioning at all.
Alternatively, I can not find a "viewing access" control selector field for the assigned group. Am I missing something here?

As for access control.
You can set access level for placemark.
And for activate feature you should set in map details on Advanced options value for field "Placemark Filter" to "... usign ACL"
