Buffer size for paths : no
loading content dynamically : no
Placemark filter : show all placemarks
Allow to user enter placemarks : no
Insert allowed : yes
Update allowed : yes
Delete allowed : yes
New placement state : unpublished
New contact state : unpublished
Show icon type selector to placemark : yes
ccs class : empty
additionnal css : empty
additionnal js : empty
placemark rating : no
map override : no

I'm going to make some test and will send you credentials if this is not working on my side...
