Deleting categories

Deleting categories was created by DSP
Hi!

I added some categories, but now I want to delete one of them.
How can I delete a category? I know how to unpublish but not delete...

I'm using Joomla 2.5.6



Any idea? Thanks

Hi.
Very interesting question.
May be I have to do some changes in component in this case. May be new features added in joomla 2.5, and I have to correct code in this case.

Do you have ability to delete categories for example, in articles :)
I use joomla's "standard" interface to use categories.
Don't forget support my developments: post review in JED , donate , help with translation ;)

Yes, I can delete article categories. For the map categories, the trash button is missing.
