Auto zoom to include all placemarks?

I've created my first map and have explored the options. Currently the map opens to the center point of the map but most of the placemarks are outside the view. The user needs to expand the view. I would like for all placemarks to appear - the map should open already zoomed to the right size. I am unable to find the control for this (though I'm sure it is somewhere).
Please instruct me.
