Accessing files in administrator folder

Accessing files in administrator folder was created by sneadm

When I display a map using the module from a public user, I get the message: [Thu Apr 27 13:38:31.225443 2017] [access_compat:error] [pid 4496] [client 147.70.17.113:43578] AH01797: client denied by server configuration: /home/pacecent/public_html/administrator/components/com_zhgooglemap/assets/css/common.css, referer: www.pacecenter.org/

I have password protected my administrator directory and denied access to any but whitelisted administrators. The module should not be looking to tools from the admin directory but from the component directory. Is this something you plan on correcting?
