I can see, that your map have autoposition ability.
And the map loads, after that it change map center to placemark, and after that change position to predefined map center before geolocation executed.

You should disable autoposition. Or create the other map without geoposition to show that placemark and show this placemark by calling plugin by placemark list

The map after loading their position, correctly focuses on the brand assigned by the plugin but do not see the mark, I only get it if you touch the map or offset. It is very rare

Automatic Positioning = no

As for not displaying your placemark icon
You set Compatibility mode /for resource files (it is in component options)
But you don't copy icons into the other folder.

- I show you link to my docs. You entered compatibility mode for resource files, and in this case the icons loaded from the other folder (not admin), and I don't include the same icons into site folder. I docs I wrote it.

The second:
- you set marker manager (you enable it im map details). It means the placemarks will show|hide depend on zoom.

I suggest you 3 steps:
1 - check icons, it can be accessed from page, ie you can display it by its URL.
May be you restrict access, and the icons don't displayed by it
2 - check whether or not you need to use marker manager by zoom, may be it is not your case to use it
3 - if you think you configure all correct, but it doesn't displayed yes, do little movements of placemark in admin panel, in this case your placemarks will get latitude/longitude (not only text address), and in this case I will create placemark without geocoding - may be a little bug exists.

If all 3 steps will not get you correct map - I'll need to access to joomla admin panel to check my extension settings and need to see what parameters you pass to article (plugin call)
