I have put the plugin call back in. I've checked the API key and I have registered the domain with that API key.

Open map details.
In your map center definition there are some characters before values. Just remove it, or click on map to change that coordinates to correct values.

I couldn't see those characters, they must have been pasted when I pasted some coordinates.
