Hi Dima,
Sorry for the delay responding -- I didn't get notification of this and then I had to wait to have some time to understand this.
Originally, I used MigrateMe4 to do the upgrade. After that was done, I updated your extension.
I followed your instructions as far as I could. I'm not sure how to do "Copy it and execute it in MySQL Admin in your database scheme. I'm not real familiar with the database, but I have used it before. I found it and added the table prefix. I also see the zhgooglemaps entries. Can you help me understand the steps I need to take with the 4 SQL files and the database using cPanel? I thought maybe it was "import" each, but I'm not sure.

Just install this package over exists installation. DO NOT UNINSTALL.
It is last release of extension with the same SQL files to fix database changes as it was done before.
I think it will change tables and you'll not get errors.
