Video layer - - Webcam Layer was created by jeyjey

Google maps libraries closed the roadmap to build a video layer based on Youtube resources. Probably theese are too expensive and probably not good to get money. So it is disappeared the way to implement it. But it born the library to have a WEBCAM layer. Dear Dima, could you implement the layer in your very very fantastic, "conditio sine qua non", component for who love buils maps?
P.S.: My best map website got the PR3 from Penguin .... where a your link is located ....

Hi Jeyjey

It is quite good.

As for webcam layer - it doesn't accessed from Google Maps API. As for library - can you pick me URL, where this library described and accessed.
