it think it would be nice, if a registered user could create a placemark with an additional article.
I imagine somtehink like a button to open an joomla-editor where the registered user can type in a report or something similar for the placemark.
This report should be able to be checked by the admin, so noone can create a report with unwanted/abuse content.
At the placemark-item the reports should be displayed as a icon to click on.
If more than one report exists, there should be shown a list of reports after a visitor clicks ob the reports-icon at the placemark-item.
Simplified: Registered User should be able to wirte reports for each placemark.
