Infobubble Change Colour

Hi,
I can not change the infobubble colour,
I have tried everything I can think of but it still stays white.
I would loke to change the background colour to blue, should I add the hex code or just type"blue"??

I cann ot find your videos on youtube, can you send me a link??

I haven't create video tutorials yet, because haven't enough free time, but I'll try.

As for infobubble colours:

1 - open InfoBubble styles tab
2 - create style as you want
3 - apply this style to your placemark (select this style in drop down list in placemark details)
