Linking to the map page from an image

Hi, Hope you can make some sense of this, screencast-o-matic.com/watch/cDjZFviSoW When I click on the map image on the bottom right, it loads the page with the map, BUT has the word Home on the top, how to get rid of that since it's an H1 tag and isn't the title we're using.

As you can see, your Home menu item is active.
I think you display Breadcrumbs for this page, or enable article options like Parent
