Radius based on user demand

Is there a way to get a radius based on address entered by user (with distance option (or not)).
If yes is there a way to get this raidus with cross other plugin (elevation, topo) ??

for fun : yes and no !!
I'M managing our cross country ski club website and during the confinement we are (each of us), in our mountain location, not allowed to go over 1km from our home and not go over 100m of elevation for training. I imaginated that each memeber of the club could see the "allowed" radius area from its own home using a plugin including this feature !?
So he could enter his address and get the 1km radius.
Then we'll find another use to this feature later
