I'll check. I can tell one thing right now - you can't restrict area by elevation. But you can enable elevation feature, and when click on map - you can get elevation at this point

I did it, tomorrow I'll add flexibility to override colors, opacity, radius and show current radius in tooltip.

It works in geocoder field, autocomplete, change map by placemark and so on
