Declare a customized markers in a kml file

Dear Sir,

In Zh Google maps I use kml file to display a map with customized markers (you can see it on this page

I want to do the same with ZH osmmaps but I don't know how to declare customized markers in the kml file that fit to Leaflet needs. Do you know a way to do that or a documentation about that topic ?

If you read and find out what I need to do - I'll do.

In futule I'll do CSV and as in it's example - to show/change marker icons.
