URL template help request

I tried it but it did not help. I looked the frontend code, and got an idea, so I changed the custom map type width and height to 256 and violá, it works perfectly, you can check the URL that I gave before.
So the "width" and "height" parameters could be misleading, because it does not changes the map height and width, but the tiles height and width. If the widht and height parameters are wrong, the component sends wrong request to the map server, that's becouse the custom map was placed wrong.

If you mean width and height in map type - YES, it is TILE size, not MAP.
