Joomla Article als Placemarks

Hi,
this would be like the k2 overview map.
Just without k2

I found, that for joomla articles there are field groups and fields.
Now I create group and two fields. And it appeared in articles properties
I think I can get this data. How do you expect to process it?
I mean, I can create for example module, which get articles by some parameters. For example, publish period (between, last N days and etc). And show it.
Or what case you want? Search plugin?

sounds great.
I would like to create multiple groups an publish multiple articles in each group.
These articles should be shown as a placemark on a the map.
Would be good if it would be possible to select multiple groups or all child-groups/sub-groups.

Just like the placemarks are created inside your component.
