ОК.
In any case use last version of extension (probably some bug), and fox more details and fixing it needs to access to test site admin panel with the same "error"

Hi.
Very strange, because default and last version - it is the same.
Probably was some initialization problems. You can set it to default and you'll see that all will be OK
