Allow to users Enter Placemarks

Dear Dmitry,
i need to know why the option "Allow to users Enter Placemarks" in Map > Advanced Options still remain disabled.

How can I enable it ?

Hi.
I temporary disabled this feature. I want to rewrite all code for placemark inserting.
I'll think, if in nearest future I can't do this - I enable it as is.

This would be a great addition to have back into the app. Maybe even consider:
-Users can have custom markers
-Users can submit markers to admins for moderation
-Users can hide/save existing markers on their map

I enabled this feature in "old code" style.
In map details you can set value for list "Allow user to enter placemarks" and the other fields for this case
