Hi
When you install - you install package, which contains component, plugins and modules.
Go to admin panel.
Press Menu ->Extensions->Manage->Manage
Enter zh into filter field, press search.
You will see my part of extensions. Uninstall it if it exists.

I definitely don't understand why you can't install.
First installation doesn't execute ALTER TABLE scripts from update folder, it skips it.

And I can't understand why table prefix added to whole table instead of replacing #_ symbols in table

Yes, it is too hard to understand, because I check pure installation and it was OK.
Lets try to trick.
Go to MySQL panel, for example phpMyAdmin
Go to your database and do select
select * from demo_extensions t where t.element like '%zh%'

where demo - it is your table prefix

You'll find line for my extension, just delete it.

After that Manage will not show my extension. And try to install it again.

I hope you delete row for extension, not dropped table at all ;)
