Hi.
As I understand you can do that with leaflet
This is simple result page

This is tutorial, ie explaination
leafletjs.com/examples/choropleth/
Today you can display GeoJSON data as paths. But you can't show details and scale as it is done in example.
I can think of this case as future features.
