assets in administrator directory was created by emmexx
As an additional security measure recently I added a .htpasswd file to the administrator directory.
Now a frontend page that uses Zh Openstreetmaps gets the http login page because some of the icons used in the map (and other files too) are located in:
Code:
administrator/components/com_zhosmmap/assets
I don't know if there are Joomla guidelines about frontend components but I don't think it's a good idea for the the component to refer to something in the administrator directory for a public page.

Thank you. I had checked the forum but not the manual, my bad.

Is there something to do when future updates are published. Should I copy the icons after every upgrade?

Thank you
maxx

No.
You don't need copy it every time. Only when I add new icon, you will need upload it (if you will use it)

Don't forget support my developments: post review in JED , donate , help with translation ;)
