I think nothing. It have to be work as is.
Just use internal parser in file layer type

Hello,
there is no setting for this in the program.
I need the code for:
Tooltip content for Placemark.
But there is only
Popup content for placemark

I do not create tooltips for placemarks, created by KML/GPX files.
This property is Title. It set for placemarks and placemarks, created by internal parser for KML/GPX files.
Yes, for simple placemarks (created by placemark menu), you can assign hover content, which creates tooltip. But this feature is not implemented for placemarks from KML/GPX file

But what amazes me, why you can read it with Popup but not with Tooltip.
