Display the list of tags in the article

I have a problem with the tag list display - if I assign the display as a function in the Main Menu, the menu is hidden under the tag list search box. I don't know how to bring the top menu (main menu) to the foreground if it rolls up when clicked.
Is there any way to retrieve the Tag List in the article? I can display a map with tags in the article e.g. {zhosmmap-category:102;4;10} ... is there something similar for the tag list?
