Class "MapDataHelper" not found error

I redid the update to the latest version of Zh OpenStreetMap on the Stagging site because I tried it on the production site and it gave me an error.
I re-downloaded the package and once installed it gave me an error so I activated the debug report which I hope will be useful for you

Check extension manager for new versions, because current versions are:
 

in fact, the installed version is version 11 and it is the one that doesn't work, it doesn't work and it gives me an error, while version 9 doesn't give me an error.

the first file attachment is the old version that works, the second attachment is after upgrading, the third attachment is the error

Check extension manager for new Modules releases (*.23.6.27)
