Placemarker dynamic size

Hello,
the placemarks keep their size when zooming the map. This is very unfavorable when the map is zoomed in. The placemark is then disproportionately large (see image). 
Can this be configured differently?
It would also be great if several markers were grouped together when zooming out.

Hi.
Today you can't zoom marker icon.
But you can use clusterer to group markers
