I checked your site again.
All my browsers show map correctly.
Desktop browsers: IE11, Edge, Firefox, Opera, Chrome
Mobile browsers: Firefox, Chrome
I can't reproduce your error 409.
Try to delete cookies and cache in your browser, logoff from admin page.
PS: I have 4 different map extensions, and it runs with different API, but main case to get icon file the same. And if the other users have the same error, they already post me about the same problem.
