I've recently been diving into tools that help visualize locations and distances on maps, and I stumbled across this one. It’s been a game changer in terms of understanding areas around specific points of interest. However, there are some aspects of using radius maps that got me thinking about how others use them effectively for real-life scenarios. Here’s what I mean: the radius map feature seems perfect for finding local resources or planning trips, especially when the distance matters a lot, like exploring hiking trails, locating amenities, or even just planning a day trip. For instance, if I pick a spot as my starting point and set a 10-kilometer radius, I immediately see all the places that fall within that range. It feels empowering but also raises some questions for me,a radius map, as I understand it, is essentially a map tool for drawing and editing circles around specific points on a map. These circles represent a visual boundary for a given distance, allowing users to identify areas that fall within a certain range. It’s particularly handy for tasks like finding places near your home, planning logistics for events, or analyzing coverage areas for different activities. What I appreciate is how this feature offers a clear and focused view of proximity, making it easier to visualize possibilities within a defined area. What I’ve noticed is that the radius map inspires me to think creatively about proximity. It’s not just about the raw distance but also understanding how accessible or realistic some of the locations are. For example, I used the tool to locate nearby bike-friendly paths within 5 kilometers. While some were clearly within my reach, others seemed deceptively close due to terrain or lack of direct routes. This got me thinking about how others handle such situations.Do you find the radius maps accurate enough for real-world use? For example, when looking for something specific like restaurants or fuel stations within a certain radius, have you ever felt the need to cross-check with other tools? Or is it more reliable than I’m giving it credit for?Another point I’ve been curious about is how to deal with overlapping areas when using radius maps. For instance, if I have multiple points of interest that are close to each other, the circles tend to overlap. It’s not a problem per se, but I wonder if there’s a trick to visually declutter or prioritize areas. I could imagine this being helpful in scenarios like mapping out a series of stops for errands or planning an efficient travel route. One specific example that got me curious was planning a small meetup. I set a central point and explored all the parks within a specific radius. It made choosing a location much simpler since I could visually compare the accessibility of different spots for everyone involved. Has anyone else used radius maps for group planning or other creative uses like this? I’d love to know how others tackle these kinds of tasks.

Hi
You can create your circles (just create path, set circle center, set path type = Circle, set circle radius, colors etc).
And you can see it on map. You can create as many circles as you want
