placemark list

how can i implement....when i click on a marker on the place mark list it will zoom and move but not move only

Open map details.
And for placemark list set Action by Click = Center
As I can understand - now you enter click, and for placemark you set zoom by click, in this case click in placemark list for definite placeark execute click action on this placemark. Therefore, it executed "Action by Click" and "Zoom by Click" on placemark

I did that but did not work

mapdetails..placemarklist..Action by Click =Center
placemark.....Zoom by Click=17

if i click on eg section 10 on the placemarklist the map only moves but not zoom unless i use the zoom control.....here is my demo page... www.shambani.org

You set in map details for placemark list - action by click = Center
In this case you can't get zoom changes.
Previous your question was - how set only move, and you did it

As for section 9 - in map details placemark list property "Placemark List Content"
now you set "Icon, Title and Description"
and you see black description

Set to "Icon and Title"
