Sorry for delay.
I fixed your map.

You publish map by module.
For lists – placemark, group and category – you have to enter IDs without word ID. Ie 1,2,3, not ID1,ID2,ID3
I removed group and category list just for example.
You don’t need to enter it if you want to display only placemarks by ID.
And I disable show map center as placemark – I think it doesn’t need for your map. But may be I have mistaken.
And I set your placemark to publish state, because if it is not published – you’ll not see it on map.

The main thing
- if you enter only map ID => you’ll get map with ALL map objects, connected to this map
- if you enter IDs into group list => you’ll get objects from different maps belonging this groups
- if you enter IDs into placemark list => you’ll get placemarks (it can be from different maps)
