Placemarks and Button Translation

As I can understand - you install my component, and after that you install Russian joomla translation.

As I understand, in this case not all translations is loading, only that installed in joomla. And in your case the russian translation is not added.

But I think you can just only install over your installation my extension after you added new joomla language. You didn't need to uninstall it (you lost your data in this case). In this case it would like upgrade (new version installation) as it done when new version of extension is published.
