As I can see - [strike]latitude[/strike] you enter with degree symbol. Remove it, or set map center by clicking on map

delete the initial map detail and get another map id...it works for me ..joomla 3.1.5

I think you have the other extension, which overrides window.onload function.

Try to set in component options Map Initialization Type = domready
