Hide centering placemark from map

Hello,
first of all, thanks for this great extension!
Now, I am using a menu item to point to a specific location on a map (different from the default one).
I am using a placemark to define the center of the map and it all works good, but, is there a way to hide this "centering placemark" as I am only using it to center the map?
I am also having a problem with the path infowin. As soon as I click on the path area I get an infowin displaying:

"< id="headContent6" class="placemarkHead">Placemark title"

Is there a way to fix it?

P.S.: One great feature to have would be the possibility to copy placemarks, paths etc. from the admin section. I am currently copying them with phpmyadmin!

Today you can center only on visible placemark. I'll think of it.

As for message - get new release. I found little bug, and fix it. It was when you never change component options. Now all should be OK.

As for copy: use joomla's engine - press button "Save as Copy"

I think I may have found another bug, however.
When I try to edit a path, by moving the little circles defining the vertices of the polygon and then I save the updated path, saving does not take effect...

Is there any news on this one?
It has been a while since I last updated the component since I found a "rough" workaround to solve this problem.
The solution is to simply delete the image of the marker used to center the map.
This works fine unless you updated the extension, in that case the marker is re-uploaded and it shows up on the website.
