I'm not clear understand you.

If you want to see map and street view - you can do that. You can create map, after that create your placemark, set "Action by Click" field = "Open Street View". And for map activate Street view - go to map details, open slider "Advanced options" and set "Street View" to top (or bottom), where will street view be shown

If you want create categories for placemark and show it - you can do that. Set categories for placemarks and call plugin by category.

Addition you can activate placemark list to show list of your placemarks (it is on map details)

If you have questions, ask me. For example - "how to create placemark list", or "how create placemark group list management" and etc.
Ask me more clear.

My extension is free of charge, you haven't buy anything.

And I add new functionality when I have enough free time.

PS: JQuery, Ajax request and anything else (dynamically calls and etc) I plan to start using after summer (in 3-4 months later).
