Dropdown Placemark list and Path changing issue

i spent the last hour fighting to try to solve the "The PHP allow_url_fopen setting is disabled. This setting must be enabled for the updater to work."
i found out that my provider is not going to open the url port since it is too dangerous... So i can not update with the method you told me to.
Could you please provide a link or send it to my email or something?
