Map very slow in IE11 and Safari

My map with a lot of markers displays quickly with Firefox but very slow in IE11 and Safari.
Do you know why?

It is IE problem. Lots of placemarks is hard to it.
Try to enable dynamic loading placemarks (or its content) probably it will help you in this problem

If I use Mootools or js, markers popup does not open.

Well, loading with IE is so long that I wanted to disable the component + plugin + module Zh GoogleMap in the management of extensions (as a test).
Surprisingly, the map is always displayed frontpage!
Is that normal?

I can see all placemarks is defined in page body.
Set dynamic loading placemarks, in this case map will be displayed, after that where will be requests to server for placemarks. I think in this case IE11 will work more quickly.
