Map very slow in IE11 and Safari

As I remember right, if you set
Loading map objects dynamically != 'No' then placemark list will be empty, because when you set dynamic loading map objects, I don't dynamically create list (yet )

I can suggest use only Dynamic loading content data != 'No'
In this case all placemarks will be created in page body and placemark's list and you can click on it.

On the other case - you can skip using placemark list and enable Loading map objects dynamically

This map will make me mad because IE!
I can try all possible settings, it is always with IE as it crashes to the big map.
No problem on the home page as there a few markers but on the other page with lots of markers, it takes at least 20 seconds because the script stops charging !!!
