Map very slow in IE11 and Safari

Now I check it.
If you zoomed out you'll see that infobubble opened!
if you click - open infowin
But!
You create infobubble style and applied it to your placemarks for open infobuble and in styles you set disable autopan.
Or in map details you set disable autopan.
In that case map doesn't change center position

I activated Autoplan in map and in the tooltip styles.
But it does not work better.
In fact, I have two different styles of tooltips and on map setting, we can select only one style or defaut.
Must have only one tooltip style for 1 map ?

You still have Disabled Autopan!
Check InfoBubble Styles. Check for style, which you applied to placemarks

The problem is that it only works if I disable js in the dynamic loading and then it is in IE it does not work!

What I need :

- In the markers list, on click, the marker opens the tooltip.

My Settings:

- In Map:
Disable AutoPan = no
Loading map objects dynamically jquery =
Buffer size for placemarks = 100
Dynamic loading content data = jquery

- In tooltip:
Disable Auto Pan = no

- Behavior with jquery activated

In Mozilla : if I click on the list, the marker does not open popup
In IE : if I click on the list, the marker does not open popup and map loads quickly.

- Behaviour without jquery activated

In Mozilla, if I click on the list, the marker popup opens. everything is ok
in IE: if I click on the list, the marker opens popup BUT the page load very slowly
