An administrator account has been created. Check your email for the credentials.
The alias for the page displaying the map is test-google-map. Therefore, https://<mysubdomain>/test-google-map will show the map being constructed.

I'm checking that now.
The only errors I see on my test page are in the
template.css file of the Protostar template:
2224 button.close Value Error : padding only 0 can be a unit. You must put a unit after your number : 3
6395 [data-icon]:before Value Error : speak none is not a speak value : none
6409 [class^="icon-"]:before, [class*=" icon-"]:before Value Error : speak none is not a speak value : none
I don't think those would adversely affect the display of the map.

I sent you email.
It is bug, I'll fix it. I set in map details parameters when you can see your paths

I can now see all the place markers and the paths if I select them. How can I hide the marker selector panel and load the map with all items showing?

Update to last release of component by Extension manager
Extensions-Manage-Update
Press Clear, Find updates.
Select my component, press update
Then just in map details in Groups tab
Set Group Control to No
