#1 is already stored. #2 - will be stored when you add placemark in next release.

As for #3 - it can be done with little script on server. And call it by cron as you define timetable.

For example I did it for a little feature for my extension:

there is location menu

I've added a few PHP scripts, which parse emals and create placemarks with content, which you mail. It can get email, with images, attachments and HTML text
And by cron executed email check and parse.

It was very fun to create this ability.
