I've installed it on a test site Dima. No changes.
Still can't see date or Username. :S
I don't have the field with "show placemark creation info.."
See screen capture.
I'm on Joomla 2.5.28 (Don't know if ever its because of that)
Or maybe you've haven't yet uploaded the updated file
